Sentinel launches online solution for managing Early Education Entitlement (EEE)

Sentinel has launched an on-line NEF (Nursery Education Funding) solution, also known as EEE (Early Education Entitlement), to add to its suite of business portal solutions for local authorities.
The new solution provides a flexible, secure, user-friendly web solution for settings to log on to and enter child headcount and census information directly.
Saving the authorities valuable time and money, the system also results in more accurate and timely payments for the settings.
Because the data is entered via portal forms, the quality and completeness of the information can be controlled from the outset, meaning that information can be processed more quickly and efficiently.
Other features and benefits include:
- Timely receipt of information by controlling the time period that the portal is open for settings to enter their headcount
- Users can be assigned to one or more settings so that they can manage all of the sites they are responsible for
- The information is held in a secure central Data Hub and is used to support the efficient calculations of the funding each term
- The system also improves the efficiency and accuracy of settings census information
