Sentinel’s pioneering technology is enabling local authorities’ Early Help services to achieve new levels of performance.
As well as helping to transform support for vulnerable families, our solutions have also propelled our clients to the top of the Data Maturity Model rankings.
Those who’ve benefited include Core Cities, London Boroughs and unitary authorities.
Running alongside the Troubled Families programme, the Data Maturity Model for Early Help Services was introduced by the Ministry of Housing, Communities & Local Government (MHCLG).
It enables local authorities to chart the effectiveness of their data systems and plan their next steps.
Sentinel’s Think Family Hub facilitates top performance through a comprehensive range of features, including the provision of a whole-family view to guide interventions and drive strategic decision-making.
Equipped with automated data feeds, the Hub has also facilitated multi-agency working through controlled data sharing with partners.
“The Data Maturity Model provides a roadmap to enable Early Help departments to become truly data driven,” said Sentinel Partners director, Graham McCusker.
“Throughout the Troubled Families programme, we’ve worked with some very forward-thinking teams, with our systems helping to accelerate their progress and having a major impact on service delivery.
“Whatever the future holds in terms of Early Help programmes, our systems are ready and our clients are in the best-possible position to hit the ground running.”
