Business continuity and service delivery during the COVID-19 crisis
March 2020 | News
In light of the uncertainty we all face due to the outbreak of COVID-19 (Coronavirus), we wanted to let you know how Sentinel is responding in order to support the continued, uninterrupted delivery of its services to you during this time.
Prioritising the wellbeing of our team members and customers, we have:
- Switched to a remote working strategy (home-based working) as of the close of business on Tuesday 17th March. All members of our team are now working from home. This is something we already have the flexibility to do, as our systems and processes are designed to securely support this type of working environment.
- Taken the decision to cease all work-related travel for the foreseeable future and switched to virtual meetings / conference calls for all customer interaction.
- Closed our Worcester office until further notice.
For us it is business as usual, just in a different way. We have all the resources, policies, software services and access we need to continue to support your ongoing requirements and the delivery of your future project needs.
We very much look forward to the end of this crisis when we can revert back to our normal modes of operation, but in the meantime we hope you stay healthy and safe. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
